Data and recipients
My name, email, optional organisation and other contact, category, task description, language and submission information are received, recorded, stored and used by the responsible team, with corrections and deletion as appropriate. The request is stored in the protected central dashboard. Email notifications contain the submitted details; Telegram notifications carry only a reference and protected dashboard link.
Withdrawal
Consent lasts until the request is completed or I withdraw it. To withdraw, contact the controller with my request reference or the email used in the form. Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing; data required for legal duties or claims may be retained on another lawful basis. Without the box, the form does not submit; other contact options are available on the contacts page.
